When Merle (Snooky Serna) trades her nursing cap for a caregiving job in Italy, she leaves her husband Johnny (Emilio Garcia) and daughter Kat (Lovi Poe) under the watchful care of her mother-in-law Carmen (Gloria Diaz). Little did she realize that her ambitions would soon turn into a Greek tragedy of betrayal. Upon her return, she finds their home abandoned.
